She was largely quiet and gave us a lot of space — a light but deft touch as a facilitator. She kept us on time, was highly predictable, trustworthy and reliable, and maintained a safe classroom container 100% of the time. She showed role-model-level restraint, saying only what she was confident of and never pushing the class to believe anything in particular. Overall, excellent.

Having facilitated many courses before, I immensely appreciated how she made sure everybody got the same speaking time, and let people react to one another without getting sidelined. She was excellent at suggesting further reading — and honest about where her own knowledge was more limited, pointing us to other sources.
Thoughtful and inclusive facilitation throughout. It was especially encouraging to have a woman facilitator in a field still predominantly dominated by men, and she balanced technical discussion with broader social and interdisciplinary perspectives — making the cohort both accessible and intellectually rich.
What made the peer experience so valuable was how she set the tone from the beginning — we were there to learn, gain perspective, and bring it into our professional practice. The early 1:1s helped us get to know our peers, and she kept everything on task.
